Grace Su, DSW, LICSW has served as BCNC’s Chief Program Officer since 2024 and oversees all programmatic functions. Grace joined BCNC as a Family Connector in 2014, and became the Director of Family Services in 2019, expanding the team and launching culturally responsive mental health services in collaboration with community partners.
Before BCNC, Grace worked as a Family Clinician at Regency Family Health, completed social work internships at ASPIRE Health Alliance and Town Brook House, and volunteered for multiple community-based nonprofit organizations in Greater Boston.
Grace is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and holds a BA in Human Development, a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Health and Mental Health from Boston College, and a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work from University of Pennsylvania.
