The Leah Zallman Center for Immigrant Health Research (LZC) is evaluating the City of Boston Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement’s (MOIA) Weaving Well-being initiative. Weaving Well-being aims to support immigrant-serving community-based organizations in caring for their staff and providing non-clinical mental health services to their communities. The Weaving Well-being initiative follows a successful pilot in 2022, of which LZC was the evaluator. In Weaving Well-being 2.0, LZC will work with MOIA and the 18 community-based organizations to develop and implement a survey that will measure the impact and outcomes of the different organizations’ initiatives.
